We want each curiodrift order to move smoothly from payment confirmation to your doorstep. The estimates below describe our normal preparation and delivery process.

Payment Confirmation

After your payment has been checked and authorized, we send a confirmation email acknowledging that the transaction was processed successfully.

Preparing Your Order

Most purchases require 1–3 business days for order processing before dispatch.

Shipping Time and Charges

We use commercial courier services. Following dispatch, delivery generally takes another 5–12 business days.
- Orders under $49: $6.99 shipping fee.
- Orders of $49 or more: free shipping.

Tracking Your Parcel

A shipment email will provide your tracking number and a Track Order link. Carrier scans do not always appear immediately; adverse weather, industrial action, and busy shopping periods may delay tracking updates. Contact our team if you need help following a shipment.

Estimated Total Delivery Window

Processing and transit together typically take 6–15 business days: 1–3 business days to prepare the order, followed by 5–12 business days in transit. These are estimates rather than a fixed delivery appointment.

Carrier Selection and PO Boxes

Our shipping system selects a suitable logistics provider based on factors including the sales platform and the item's dimensions and weight. For a PO Box destination, we check whether the selected carrier can deliver there. If it cannot, customer support will contact you about changing the address or canceling the order.

Duties and Taxes

Under the policy provided for this store, the amount charged includes the product price and any applicable shipping fee; customers are not asked to pay additional import duties, import fees, or VAT.
