Intellectual Property Rights
Curiodrift recognizes the rights of creators, trademark owners, and other intellectual property holders. If you believe a product, listing, or other material available through our store infringes rights you own or represent, please send us a written notice so we can assess the matter.
Where to Send a Claim

Information Needed for Review
- Your physical or electronic signature, or that of a person authorized to act for the rights holder.
- An explanation identifying the copyrighted work, trademark, or other material you believe has been infringed.
- The exact location of the disputed content on our site, preferably with a product-page link or URL.
- Contact details sufficient for us to reach you, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you genuinely believe the use in question has not been approved by the rights owner, an authorized representative, or applicable law.
- Identification of the specific intellectual property right involved, such as the name of a copyrighted work or the registration details of a trademark.
- A declaration that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you own the affected exclusive right or have authority to act for its owner.
After We Receive Your Notice
We will examine the information provided and take appropriate steps when warranted. Please make sure your submission is complete so we can evaluate it properly.
